Since beginning her recruitment career in 2018, Olivia (Livv) has specialised exclusively in the Data, Analytics & AI Engineering market, working across both the UK and Australian tech landscapes.

As a Principal Consultant, she connects exceptional talent with innovative companies across the modern data stack - spanning technologies such as dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, Omni and BigQuery.

Livv is known for her proactive and relationship-led approach, building genuine long-term connections across the data community. She is actively involved in the space, organising and hosting industry meet-ups as part of the “Rise of the Analytics Engineer” series and staying closely connected to emerging trends across Data and AI Engineering.
