Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company's product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Clojure.
- Proficient in functional programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Agile).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
