Position Overview:
The company is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with knowledge in Clojure to join their dynamic development team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is passionate about functional programming and enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Clojure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Analyze and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company's product offerings.
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Clojure.
  • Proficient in functional programming concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Agile).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
