Senior Quantitative Researcher ( Conjoint / DisplayR / Qualtrics ) is required to join one of Australia’s largest and most recognised Software Tech brands.
This role will sit within their Customer Experience Measurement team to support pricing and packaging research programmes as well as other advanced quantitative methods research practice.
This role offers candidates the chance to directly impact product strategy decisions via the delivery of customer research which uses choice modelling, feature prioritisation and other methods to influence teams’ investments and priorities.

Day to day responsibilities for the Senior Quantitative Researcher ( Conjoint / DisplayR / Qualtrics ) include :

- Develop and deliver pricing research surveys to customers and potentially to non-customers via third party research panels
- Design choice model mechanisms to underpin pricing research, in collaboration with research colleagues and varied business stakeholders
- Implement large scale quantitative research studies requiring advanced customer / market research methods, including offering guidance to research team members on quantitative best practice
- Share results with senior business stakeholders, including delivering clear recommendations for pricing and packaging outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Monetisation Strategy team to ensure that their critical pricing and packaging priorities are addressed by the research team's work

Essential skills required for the Senior Quantitative Researcher ( Conjoint / DisplayR / Qualtrics ) include :

- Ability to design conjoint studies 'from the ground up' using DisplayR software (or suitably advanced ability in other tools to make learning DisplayR straightforward), including working with balanced overlap and alternative specific designs, and creating and analysis simulators
- Significant experience utilising Qualtrics to capture conjoint survey data
- Expert craft leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive feedback
- 8+ years' experience preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and strong senior management-facing interpersonal skills
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time, potentially across multiple projects simultaneously
-HTML or SQL experience is a plus, as is R or SPSS
