Talent Insights are looking for an immediately available Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis.
  
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer, digital, and process transformation initiatives across a major telecommunications business. From initial ideation through to launch and business readiness, you'll drive the full lifecycle of business analysis to enable high-impact outcomes across product, sales, service, and digital channels.
  
What you’ll be doing:
  
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across projects – from discovery and requirements gathering to solution validation and post-launch support
  • Shape and document business requirements, processes, and customer journeys with a focus on delivering seamless, scalable solutions
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across IT, product, and operations to ensure solution fit and business readiness
  • Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including traceability, prioritisation, change control, and test case alignment
  • Facilitate workshops, define personas and scenarios, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables
  • Support testing, user acceptance, business continuity planning, and ongoing improvements post-implementation
  • Champion customer experience, brand alignment, and operational viability throughout the delivery process
  
You’ll bring:
  
  • 7+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end business analysis across large-scale transformation or customer-facing programs
  • Strong process design, CX mapping, and Agile/Waterfall delivery expertise
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams
  • A background in telco, digital, or customer-focused industries is highly regarded
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and critical thinking skills
