Technical Data BA needed for a 6-month Sydney contract leading analytics requirements in a major telco compliance program.
About the role:
Talent Insights are looking for a technically strong Senior Data Business Analyst to take ownership of reporting and analytics requirements within a large-scale, enterprise-wide regulatory compliance program at a major Australian telecommunications business.
This is a hands-on role - you'll be bridging the gap between complex compliance requirements and the data engineering and platform teams responsible for delivering them. A lot of the surrounding work has an AI flavour, and the program spans multiple work streams across the business.

Requirements:
- Hands-on Databricks experience - real platform usage, not just awareness
- GCP or AWS cloud platform experience
- Proven track record delivering reporting and analytics requirements end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences
- Experience with technical AI products or AI-focused data programs
