Senior Portfolio Data Analyst – Billing & Credit (Contract)
This high-profile contract offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned data and analytics professional to join the Billing and Credit function of a leading organisation. You’ll shape and deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and visualisation solutions that drive operational excellence, minimise bad debt, and improve customer outcomes across the full credit lifecycle — including financial hardship programs.
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Customer Insights, Product, and Service, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions and influence senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
You’ll bring over five years of experience in analytics, reporting, or performance management within complex, data-rich environments.
Experience in billing, collections, or credit risk is essential
Technically proficient across tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel, you combine analytical depth with strong commercial awareness.
You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
