Senior Business Analyst (Daily Rate Contract) 

Talent Insights are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing Consumer Delivery team, working across a range of large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established Business Analysis practice where you'll be embedded into key delivery programs, working from discovery through to implementation.

You'll partner with business and technology stakeholders to solve complex problems, shape customer outcomes, and ensure solutions deliver genuine business value.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to solution acceptance.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, validate assumptions, and build alignment.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Produce high-quality BA artefacts including user stories, process maps, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX, Delivery Managers and technology teams to shape effective solutions.
• Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments, participating in ceremonies and governance activities as required.
• Analyse and improve business processes, documenting As-Is and To-Be states while identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance customer outcomes.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned to business objectives, customer experience goals and agreed requirements throughout delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and managing them throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong process mapping experience (BPMN or similar) and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured outcomes.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills including user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital initiatives or working within large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence and other standard BA tooling.
