Senior Business Analyst – Process Improvement
12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Process Improvement to support structured uplift initiatives within a large telco environment.
This is a 12-month initial daily rate contract, focused on driving operational efficiency and improving end-to-end business processes.
The Role You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, document current and future state processes, and support delivery of measurable efficiency outcomes.
This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and experience contributing to structured process improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities - Lead discovery and requirements gathering across business units
- Map current and future state processes
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support delivery of business and operational uplift initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Track and document benefits and performance metrics
About You - Experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments
- Background in business and process improvement projects
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Strong process mapping and documentation capability
- Confident engaging stakeholders across operational and leadership levels
- Telco or large enterprise experience highly regarded
