We are looking for 2x Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst/ Lead with strong team management experience, from planning, resource management and driving/delivering high level insights.

What will you bring to the role: - Minimum of 5 years high level experience leading and executing BI functions
- Excellent Senior BI analyst experience, from reporting to analysis, planning and introducing new technologies/new frameworks/processes
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience of actuarial, statistical and/or mathematical modelling techniques
- Strong hands on ETL experience and strong SQL skills
- Strong background working with Tableau/ SAS or SAS Viya is highly desirable
- A strong technical understanding with business acumen, people management and technical leadership
- Experience working and leading cross functional teams within an agile delivery framework
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
