Project Manager – Process Improvement
12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Process Improvement to lead structured, enterprise-wide uplift initiatives within a large telco environment.
This is a 12-month initial daily rate contract, supporting operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service improvement programs.
The Role You will lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across multiple business units, driving measurable efficiency outcomes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to operate across operational and executive layers.
Key Responsibilities - Lead enterprise process improvement projects from initiation through to embedment
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt level) methodologies across complex workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, quantify impact, and deliver measurable cost or performance benefits
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Track and report on benefits realisation and performance metrics
- Drive sustainable change and governance frameworks
About You - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale process improvement programs
- Strong commercial acumen with clear benefits tracking experience
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Telco or large enterprise experience highly regarded
