- Initial 12 month daily rate contract

- $1,100-1,200 + super per day

About the Role:
Talent Insights is partnering with a major telecommunications organisation undertaking a significant portfolio of transformation initiatives across customer, product, technology and regulatory domains.
We're looking to speak with experienced Program Managers who are comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments, driving outcomes across multiple business units and leading large-scale change from planning through to delivery.
These roles sit within high-profile programs impacting customer experience, product delivery, operational processes, technology platforms and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities - Lead large-scale programs and strategic initiatives across the business
- Drive planning, governance, financial management and delivery execution
- Coordinate delivery across product, customer, operations and technology teams
- Manage complex stakeholder groups and competing priorities
- Oversee risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Partner with senior leaders to align delivery with strategic objectives
- Bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex environments
- Support uplift initiatives focused on modern and AI-enabled ways of working
Skills & Experience - Proven experience delivering large-scale programs within telecommunications environments
- Strong Program Manager background
- Experience working across product, customer, technology and operational teams
- Strong governance, planning and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating in large, matrixed organisations
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes across complex delivery landscapes
- Experience with customer, product, technology or regulatory transformation programs
- Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives, automation or modern delivery practices highly regarded
