Talent Insights are working with a large enterprise telco looking for a Program Manager to join a data insights team within their consumer division.
This role sits across a mix of regulatory/compliance work and a growing pipeline of AI-driven initiatives, including early-stage AI product delivery.

This role sits across a mix of regulatory/compliance work and a growing pipeline of AI-driven initiatives, including early-stage AI product delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of data and AI initiatives across business and technology teams
- Driving regulatory and compliance-related programs
- Working closely with data engineers and technical teams across cloud/data platforms
- Supporting delivery of AI-focused use cases, including emerging AI product initiatives
- Managing stakeholders across business, data, and technology functions
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy to drive outcomes and delivery momentum
- Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager in data or analytics environments
- Technically credible across data platforms and cloud (GCP preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI product delivery
- Strong stakeholder management across complex enterprise environments
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
- Initial 6-month contract
- High likelihood of extension
