Program Manager – Customer Protection & Advocacy (Contract) Talent Insights are partnering with a large telecommunications organisation to hire a Program Manager on a 6–12 month daily rate contract.
This role sits within a Customer Protection & Advocacy function focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable customers. The team operates in a highly regulated environment, driving initiatives that ensure the right governance, controls and customer protections are in place across the business.
You will work across a complex, matrix organisation to drive delivery of regulatory and customer-focused initiatives, engaging stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations and technology.
Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional programs focused on customer protection and regulatory outcomes
- Drive delivery in a complex, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with legal, compliance and operational teams to ensure governance requirements are met
- Maintain momentum across initiatives, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution
- Support implementation of processes and controls aligned to regulatory obligations
What we’re looking for - Experience delivering programs in regulated environments (telco, banking or financial services)
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance or customer protection initiatives
- Proven ability to work across complex organisations and influence stakeholders
- Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams
- Background in customer-focused, remediation or regulatory programs is beneficial
