Program Manager: Social Impact Programs - Initial 12 month daily rate contract

We're looking to speak with Program Managers who thrive managing multiple concurrent programs, enjoy working autonomously in a small, agile team, and are motivated by purpose-driven work that creates real-world impact.
This role requires timezone overlap with US-based teams, so some early morning or late evening availability (roughly 2 days per week) is expected.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a skilled-volunteering program connecting employees with nonprofit customers for hands-on support
- Oversee discounted licensing programs for nonprofits, students, teachers and academic institutions
- Manage a partner-led technical enablement/grants program supporting nonprofit technology adoption
- Own impact measurement, including survey design, qualitative interviews, data analysis and reporting
- Maintain program quality standards including SLAs, satisfaction scores and program scale
- Manage budget and outcomes across grant and enablement initiatives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal sales, success and business teams
- Drive continuous improvement across licensing and volunteering programs
Skills & Experience - 3+ years of program management experience, ideally spanning both social impact/nonprofit and technology/software sectors
- Strong understanding of how nonprofits and social enterprises operate, including resource constraints and collaboration challenges
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based collaboration or productivity platforms (admin or power-user level)
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with high autonomy
- Fluency with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), with hands-on admin or power-user experience
- Strong communicator able to work across technical and non-technical teams (R&D, Engineering, Sales, Success)
- Problem-solver mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving solutions independently
- Experience working with remote/hybrid, globally distributed teams
- Willingness to coordinate across time zones, including some early morning/evening calls
