About the Role

Talent Insights is looking to speak with experienced Delivery Managers for our client, supporting a large-scale telecommunications compliance and TCP uplift program.

This role will see you owning 1-2 key workstreams across a broader enterprise TCP compliance program, coordinating multiple deliverables across business, technology, legal and operational stakeholders.

Some streams are well defined and execution-focused, while others require discovery, stakeholder alignment and delivery shaping.

The broader function is also focused on uplifting digital ways of working and evolving toward a more AI-first delivery environment, so candidates with exposure to AI-enabled delivery, automation or emerging technology initiatives will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver key work streams within a large-scale TCP compliance uplift program
  • Coordinate multiple deliverables across business and technology teams
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, risk and operational stakeholders
  • Drive delivery planning, governance, risks and dependencies
  • Lead discovery activities and help define delivery approach where required
  • Remove ambiguity and create structure across complex delivery environments
  • Support execution across both strategic and operational initiatives
  • Contribute to uplift initiatives focused on modern digital and AI-enabled ways of working
  • Partner with other Delivery Managers across the broader program
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering large enterprise compliance, regulatory remediation or TCP-related programs
  • Strong Delivery Manager or Program Manager background
  • Experience operating across both technology and business delivery environments
  • Experience within highly regulated environments such as telecommunications, banking or insurance
  • Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise delivery environments
  • Understanding of how AI-enabled or agentic solutions are delivered into production environments from a delivery and governance perspective
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience leading workstreams independently within large programs
  • Able to simplify complexity and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
