Data & Reporting Manager - Sustainability
Talent Insights are partnering with a large telecommunications organisation to hire a Sustainability Data & Reporting Manager on a daily rate contract basis.
This role will focus on improving how environmental data is captured, governed and reported across areas such as carbon emissions, energy, waste and circularity.
The position plays a key role in ensuring sustainability information is accurate, auditable and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
Working across teams including Networks, Procurement, Finance and Sustainability, you will help establish clear processes, documentation and governance frameworks that enable scalable delivery of environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs and governance frameworks supporting environmental programs
- Strengthen data governance and quality controls for environmental datasets including emissions, energy and waste
- Support climate reporting and disclosures, including emissions inventories and regulatory submissions
- Maintain and support dashboards and reporting datasets used to track sustainability performance
- Ensure environmental data and reporting processes are audit-ready and well documented
- Work with stakeholders across the business to improve data capture, process consistency and governance standards
- Experience working with sustainability, ESG or environmental reporting data
- Understanding of carbon emissions reporting, climate disclosures or sustainability frameworks
- Experience establishing data governance, quality controls or reporting processes
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and data management
- Experience supporting reporting dashboards or data visualisation tools such as Power BI is beneficial
- Ability to translate complex data and processes into clear documentation and reporting outputs
