About the Role Talent Insights is partnering with a major telecommunications organisation undergoing a large-scale compliance and regulatory transformation program.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to operate at the centre of a complex delivery environment, working across business, legal, compliance, operations and technology teams to define, document and drive change.
This is a genuine end-to-end BA role. You'll lead requirements gathering, process redesign, stakeholder engagement and delivery support across multiple workstreams focused on improving customer outcomes, complaints management processes and regulatory compliance obligations.
The environment is fast-paced, highly visible and requires someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across large enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across multiple program workstreams
- Translate regulatory and compliance obligations into actionable business and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business, technology, legal and operational stakeholders
- Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, process maps and delivery artefacts
- Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage requirements traceability, prioritisation and backlog activities
- Support solution design, testing, business readiness and implementation activities
- Track dependencies, risks and impacts across concurrent workstreams
- Act as the key liaison between SMEs, delivery teams and program stakeholders
- Contribute to governance forums, status reporting and executive communications
Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments
- Strong end-to-end BA capability across requirements, process analysis and delivery support
- Experience translating complex business, regulatory or operational requirements into deliverable outcomes
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience producing process maps, user stories, requirements documentation and traceability artefacts
- Exposure to CRM, workflow, customer operations or digital platform change initiatives
- Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities
- Experience within telecommunications or other highly regulated industries is highly regarded
- Exposure to compliance, regulatory remediation or customer experience transformation programs will be advantageous
