Business Analyst – Credit & Collections Optimisation
12-Month Daily Rate Contract | Melbourne | Telecommunications
Talent Insights are engaged with a telecommunications client to appoint a Business Analyst within their Credit & Collections function.
This role sits within an optimisation-focused portfolio, supporting improvements across collections processes while ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory and compliance obligations.
The Role You will partner with operational, risk and technology stakeholders to:
- Gather and document business requirements across collections initiatives
- Map and analyse end-to-end collections processes
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements
- Support the development of data-driven strategies for overdue payment recovery
- Ensure collections workflows align with regulatory and compliance standards
This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating across operations and compliance in a structured, regulated environment.
About You You will bring:
- Experience within Credit & Collections (telco preferred but not essential)
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping capability
- Solid understanding of regulatory considerations within collections
- Analytical capability across financial and operational data
- Proficiency in Excel, JIRA and Confluence (FIGMA beneficial)
