Senior BI Analyst – Data & Visualisation
Sydney | Contract | Telco | 6-months Daily Rate (Initial Contract) 

Talent Insights are working with a large Telco in Sydney looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join their Customer & Data Analytics function.

This is a hands-on role focused on Power BI and stakeholder engagement, supporting analytics across contact centre operations and broader business units.

Alongside delivery, you’ll also contribute to uplifting BI governance and standards, particularly across Power BI, when not actively working on project work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and optimising dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights
• Working with large datasets to identify trends and support business decision-making
• Engaging closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into reporting solutions
• Supporting data preparation and working with Data Engineers on pipelines
• Improving data quality, validation, and reporting performance
• Contributing to BI governance, standards, and capability uplift across the function
