Talent Insights are hiring a AI Senior Architect for a major telco undergoing significant transformation. This role will drive the organisation’s AI & ML architecture, roadmap, and delivery standards across enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of enterprise-grade AI, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
- Govern AI reference architecture, patterns, and best practices
- Translate business needs into AI solution designs and high-level architecture
- Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and optimisation of AI/ML models
- Support data governance, privacy, cyber and AI trust compliance
- Work closely with data architects, solution designers, engineers, and business teams
- 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
- Experience in cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in large-scale environments (telco experience beneficial)
